I am renting a coop in Brooklyn. I just received a letter from the selling agent that my landlord will not renew my lease when it ends in 9/02. The agent wants to show the apartment now, the apartment is legally mine until 9/02. My question is, can I refuse to let them show the apartment to prospect buyer while I am still living in the apartment?
