If I can't move into my new apartment due to the old tenants not moving out till the 7 of December. Does the owner of my currently rented apartment ( no lease, month to month payment) have the right to force me to move by December 1. I offered to pay rent on the days that I intent to stay December 1 to the 6.

Confused and concerned.
