URGENTLY NEED COOP LAWYER EXPERT IN PROSPECTUS IRREGULARITIES TO STAVE OFF EVICTION

Posted by LEE on November 28, 2001 at 08:28:31:

had tie-in auxiliary residential space for years, separate from my apartment, that showed up on the coop prospectus 18 years ago as month to month (assumed to be month to month meaning same as my rent controlled apartment statutory month to month). coop speculators promised to sell it to me but never got it into my apartment subscription and i thus rescinded the subscription. promised me i'd be permanently safe there, anyway. but 15 years later new coop management is trying to evict me from this space which had always been agreed was rent controlled adjunt service or facility.

does anybody know a lawyer who could advise me on this to try to get my non-evict protection covering this space too? ideally, someone who worked in the ag's real estate bureau and used to process such stuff and no longer (obviously) works there.
