Good, I hope he's in agony. I feel really bad for that poor tenant, even though she owed him rent.

Obviously the dimwit landlord is too stupid to have any clue about the legal system which affords him the right to take her to court and have her evicted. If he had any brains he would have begun eviction proceedings after 6 weeks and he could have had her out in a few short months. Now, he's GOING TO JAIL FOR A LONG LONG TIME!! Typical dimwit. Gee, I wonder if he's legal?
