Hello. My landlord wants me to let workmen in to paint, repair water damage etc. so the owner can sell it (easier) at the completion of my lease. I am unable to find anything in my (condo)lease regarding this.

My preference is to let them wait, as this has been needed since before I moved in. (among other things!)
