co-op/ are sister in laws included?

: Are you rent stabilized/controlled?

: First, to conform with the 1997 Rent Regulatory Reform Act, the DHCR has narrowed the definition of a tenant's family to include only the following relatives: a husband, wife, son, daughter, stepson, stepdaughter, father, mother, stepfather, stepmother, brother, sister, grandfather, grandmother, grandson, granddaughter, father-in-law, mother-in-law, son-in-law or daughter-in-law of the tenant or permanent tenant. The definition no longer includes a tenant's nephew, niece, uncle or aunt.

: : Queens, NY Does anyone know what members are included in the definition of "immediate family " in the eyes of the Queens Cty Court.
: : Specifically are in-laws included.
