Unfortunately no. And your neighbor is real foolish for not installing one of his/her own locks in addition to what is provided by the LL. You should send certified letter to LL/management stating what happened and requesting that the front door locks be changed. That will put them on notice that there is a breach in building security. Should anything happen again, your LL has a real problem if he fails to change the locks. You might also spedifically request that the front door lock be changed to a MultiLock; this is a lock whose key cannot be duplicated without a plastic ID card which contains a code sppecific to that lock. There will probably be a $15 charge per key, but again the key cannot be duplicated by anyone except the holder of the card.
