I have been reading a lot of messages with posts from well-meaning people who just want some answers to their questions, and I just can't believe the nasty, obnoxious replies they have gotten.

I am not saying everyone who responds is nasty, but those who are, could you guys just answer the questions without insulting the poster? Have some decency, especially now in these trying times.
