a few more clarifiers. it was going to be ready the 1st of nov. then the 7th. then the 15th. hence her frustrations. and she babysits *my* child. i apologize for getting uppity, zeph :)

we understand she should have gotten a written agreement, it slipped her mind at the time she signed the reipt paperwork for her deposits and so on. the info we've gotten so far is less than satisyfing, but it is helping her to understand *why* things like this happen.
