Of course you have to let them out of the lease, they deserve to move to a new job, so what is the problem just re rent the place. Thats why you became a landlord to help people save and buy their own place by giving them their moneys worth, while renting from you.


: No, you're not required to let them out of a lease. They're obligated to pay rent for the lease term they signed. You're probably required to mitigate damages - attempt to rerent the apartment - and they're off the hook once you do.
