Its not a change in the condition, because the business tenant has a right to put up signage for the business.

NOW if that sign had tons of flashing or bright lights on it and it kept you awake at midnight, THAT would be considered a change in condtion . Also if the sign is attached to a fire escape , that is a fire hazard. so we need ALL the details

Views are not considers ammenities UNLESS you pay extra for them!

: It's a change in the conditions after you took the lease, so it's not right. It's is very understandable to want to have a view. If the sign was there when you first moved in, then maybe he could say that's what you accepted on day one.
