Print a copy of your posting and bring 4 or 5 copies to the court,also bring all copies of any correspondence between yourself and the landlady,a lot of courts require you to bring enough copies of every document to give all parties one(plaintiff,defendant and judge)so bring enough!
Dont worry about this seeming personal,IT IS,you are being taken to court!Your ex landlady will not worry about telling lies so dont feel guilty, she isnt so sick that she cannot try to get money out of you!
Bring any witnesses to any of the conversations you mention as well.
