hello
in a nutshell, i just moved out of my apt, and my LL kept 1025 of 1400 to paint the hallways, its a 2 floor bldng, she said my bike marked up the walls (true but not excessive) so she charged my 1025 and sent me a very suspectlooking invoice with the check, it looks like she made it herself..
so what am i responsible for? seems like maintaining the public spaces falls squarely on her..
