Are you rent stabilized? Even if you are not, none of these problems rises to the level of something that would affect the rent. Send a certified letter to LL detailing what needs to be done. If no answer in 10 days, save yourself a headache and go buy bigger faceplates and ask the super for some extra paint and I'm sure you can touch up the walls.
