I moved into my NY apartment almost one month ago. This unit was completely remolded but the contractor did a bad job. There are holes in the dry wall for outlets that don’t match up with faceplates, spackled areas that need to be repainted, etc. I have called numerous times and have faxed over a list of things that need to be fixed but have had little response.

What options do I have? How can I get these peoples attention and get them to complete the restoration job on my apartment.
