I would say that you are lucky to get that much, with no reciepts, no final walk through, no signed agreements as to the damages.

If you persue this, chances are the landlord will "find" many things he forgot to charge for, and a judge might just agree that you owe the lanldord some money, since if you have no pictures to prove it otherwise.
