First look around you.....was it rennovated?

Was it rennoved with luxury items like parquet floors marble tiles and marble bath, new appliances, goumet stove,refridge, dishwasher, windows do you think the landlord spent say $50,000+ on the apartment?

If not then file anyway.....take lots of pictures, and submit them as well keep some for yourself in case they get "lost" at DHCR.

: this is very confusing...I cant tell if I have a legitimate appeal.

: My situation
: 1)Moved into apt, signed a lease for >$2500
: 2)Apt was renovated before i moved in
: 3) its still within 90 days of lease date
: 4) i never recevied a registration notification
: 5) last tenant was paying <$400 and the apt was RENT STABILIZED

: Do i have a case?

: PLease help!?!
