this is very confusing...I cant tell if I have a legitimate appeal.

My situation
1)Moved into apt, signed a lease for >$2500
2)Apt was renovated before i moved in
3) its still within 90 days of lease date
4) i never recevied a registration notification
5) last tenant was paying <$400 and the apt was RENT STABILIZED

Do i have a case?

PLease help!?!
