The girl I roomed with (only she was on the lease) has not returned my one-month security deposit. There is no reason for it, except we did have a big fight about me not giving her exactly a 30-day notice before I moved out - but that was resolved and she told me she was sending the money. Now I don't know if she is going to send it. What are my rights here? I would appreciate any helpful responses. Thanks.
