In my lease they added a clause that allowed us to break our lease with 60 days notice. We gave that notice and were leaving in the middle of the month. Now my landlord wants the whole month rent, however I'll only be there for 15 days. They said that they'll reimburse me later, legally do I have to pay them the whole month?
