: Make sure the girfriend is not in the will as executrix,YOU are, also make sure there are no joint accounts with the girl friend, no checking, savings etc, make sure YOU are the beneificiary of his life insurance. that should cover you.

Question - If my father was to die would I automatically be given the apartment or would the girlfriend be given the apartment. What can I do to ensure that I be given the apartment if the unthinkable happen. Thank you.
