Gerald Lebovits, who has served as the principal court attorney to Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Edward J. McLaughlin for over 15 years, was sworn in as a Housing Court Judge by Justice McLaughlin last Thursday. Judge Lebovits was appointed to the Housing Court by Chief Administrative Judge Jonathan Lippman on Oct. 25.
