Of Course this person is fake. she/he did fool us (myself included). The second post gave it away with the $600 Manhattan rents. It was fun though. I am not a landlord/owner or anything like that but I agree with a lot of people,
Rent Control/Stabilization is a program that just does not work properly. As far as elderly people living in the same apt for 60 years, if thats what you wanna do, go for it. Could have bought a house for 10 grand 60 years ago and paid for it 10 times over. Put the extra money in a mutual fund and you would be a multi-millionaire.
