: PS- a notice posted in the hallway or lobby, addressed to no one in particular, isn't sufficient notice. Basically, it means he's on a fishing expedition. He has to serve each tenant individually with a notice to cure, advising each tenant that he or she is in violation of a clause in their lease. But they're not. I would send him the pet law, no return address, and type his name and address.
