Are you out of the apt now? If you did not have a signed agreement with her (a roommate agreement or lease) then 30 day notice is not required. Nothing in writing she has to give you 30 days notice-but you don't have to give her any. BTW, see the front page here at tenant.net and scroll down towards the bottom and read "Illegal Eviction and Police Procedure". If you are still in the apt, she cannot do anything (lock you out, etc) the only way she can get you out (legally) is thru the courts. Tell her to put a sock in it...
