As I stated earlier, I was told by FEMA that this is something other tenants are doing and have every right to do. Please reserve your other judgements for yourself, you have no idea how else I've been effected by the tragedy.

In response to Provost, the Fire and Casualty section states that if the apartment is rendered unusable there should be an immediate rent reduction.

: All you want is the landlord to pay pay pay

: I bet if you had a lease at the world trade center you would want to sue for the landlord not having airplane detectors.
