here's an article about a guy who tried to get his money back after he found out a house he bought was known to be haunted. he actually ended up winning his case! unfortunately, his angle relied on the fact that the previous owner had publicly boasted about the ghosts in news articles in the past, but when he bought the house she mentioned nothing about possible ghost manifestation. its a pretty weird story, but makes for an interesting precedent!
