You forgot the MOST important thing..........

After you are served eviction papers you answer the summons and you will get a court date......

YOU ARE AN AMERICAN......and that is your right for living in this country, a fair hearing in a court of LAW....

Then and only then if you lose can a judge sign the evcition papers.

(and then you still have appeals that can be made!)

the front page here at Tenant.net and scroll down towards the bottom and read about "Illegal Eviction and Police
Procedure". She has to serve you with eviction papers first, and then 4 more things have to happen for it to be
legal:
#1 a judge signs a warrant of eviction, #2 she brings that warrant to a city marshall #3 the marshall sends you a 3
day notice of eviction and then #4 3 days later the marshall shows up at your door.
