And I might add we all owe you some sympathy. In your previous posts you mentioned that you broke up with your "lover" and that caused you to have difficulties paying your bills. How sad. The landlord should have been much more sympathetic to your situation and let the rent slide. How dare he charge you a late fee, he must have no feelings. And adding to the insult the Buildings Dept. ignored you and DHCR closed your complaint. What cold, uncaring people. Poor, poor you.

If only sob stories and pitiful tales paid the bills ...
