Ever wonder why?

You hate your landlord, hate the space where you live, you have squirrels running around the rafters and neighbors who feed them. I respectfully suggest you seek an alternate place of abode and move. Perhaps a nearby psych hospital has an extra bed. Seriously, you are the only one who has chosen to live where you do, and as long as tenants such as yourself chose to live in such apartments, landlords will be willing to rent them.
