i live in a non-rent controlled high rise building. my lease is expires in two weeks and i have not yet resigned for another 12 months. i know i will be moving out in january due to job relocation. if the management company will not accomadate my situation and give me a 3 month lease or extend my current lease, how long will it take for them to evict me if i decide to stay put and ride it out for three months. of course i will still send in rent checks. thanks
