motion to vacate stay

Posted by Corina on October 08, 2001 at 17:15:17:

i got a motion of stay back in april and was supposed to move out in june. but the landlord accepted rent after that date. it is october and the old landlord sold the building to a new landlord who now filed for a motion to vacate stay and substitute plaintif. my rent has been paid always through the court. is the stay still active and can he be named plaintiff in a suit he was not involved in?
any answers would be deeply appreciated. i plan on filing a motion of objection on these bases and others but want to get feed back first.
