I am suing my former landlord for the broker's fee now that I know he is also the broker at the real estate agency where I paid the fee. I wrote about this a few months back and Lilly gave me his broker ID #. Where could I find this type of information myself so that I can take it to court? I believe this guy is going to try to say that he was not employed by the real estate agency when I signed the lease, and I know that he was.
