Don't know what hood you are referring to, but I moved from 68th and Madison where there's no one on the streets at night to 103rd and Broadway and feel much safer here than over on the east side. Here there are lots of people on the streets and now the drug dealers know me:) If you're going to walk around like a tight ass, you're asking for it
