I have received, for my father's apartment, a Report Of Maximum Rent (which I requested some months ago).

It says that the MCR is $268.12 per month effective 01/01/2000, without including fuel costs adjustments.

The rent range my father was paying was $605.00.

It included a broad history of all MCR's, Improvements,and my own
Tenant Decrease In Services.

Can anyone tell me why DHCR says the rent is $268? Did they factor in the Decrease In Services I mentioned in prior posts?
