My husband and I were wondering if there were any differences in rent regulation laws for lofts. We don't live in one now, so where we live and other info above should be irrelevant, but specifically we were considering renting one somewhere in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, and wanted to know if the same general rules of rent stabilization apply.
