I recently moved into a new apartment and discovered water leaking from the ceiling. The ceiling had to be torn down, the leak fixed, and a new ceiling put up and repainted. The management office has been responsive, but I have had to find an alternative place to live until all the fixes were made. Am I entitled to pro-rated rent for this month?
