My LL's management company sent back my lease without a signature, with only the LL's company name printed in, nobody signing it.
Somebody responded last month that I was entitled to a lease with a signature, which makes sense of course.
My question is--as I contemplate whether to pursue this -- what is the harm to me that may come from having a renewal lease without a signature?
And if I pursue it, what do I stand to gain?
Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated.
