I live in a rent stabilized apartment, and the lease that I got back from my lease renewal is not signed by the landlord. Instead the name of the management company is printed "as agent for Joe Blow," my landlord. No one signed it.
Is this a defective lease? Should I make a fuss? Is this an actual problem or just a technical thing?
