Please read Kay's posting properly.She has tried to be polite and it doesn't seem to work,it is not an owner occupied building(it was dj who said that),no one mentioned an 80 year old lonely lady(except you)and she wants to know her rights!
My suggestion for the neighbor was not meant to be literal and if that upset you,I apologize,although I do like Kays spelling of the word!Neighboor.
In my post I state that Kay must decide for herself,please do not be rude and tell her to ignore my post:-)
