Basically None, you have the right for the landlord to give you a 30 day notice to move....

You have almost no rights to repair, unless it is so bad, it needs to be condemmed.

Its all because you dont have a lease.

: We rent in a private residence in Brooklyn-without a lease. What rights do we have in general, and in particular regarding repairs and safety issues (smoke detectors, keeping alternate exits unblocked)
