There definitely is a statute of limitations, usually just few years for debt collection--not eleven years.
You need to find out the basis for freezing of your account. At this point you simply don't have enough information. What is happening here? If a suit was filed long after the statute of limitations, you may have an abuse of process case--or something like that -- against the ex-LL.
: On Aug. 22nd, I went to my bank and my account was frozen by a Mamagment Company of a building I lived in over 11 years ago.

: I was not served with any papers. They claim I owe them 6,550.00.
