A former captain and commanding officer at the Bronx Housing
Court has pleaded guilty to obstructing governmental
administration, Bronx District Attorney Robert T. Johnson
announced yesterday. Frank Grillo, 58, was arrested in April
outside the Housing Court after he was observed receiving a
small package that contained cocaine, which was given to him in
exchange for helping an acquaintance obtain a housing subsidy.
He was sentenced by Bronx Criminal Court Judge Michael
Sonberg to a conditional discharge.
