I've heard some good things about them. Why not check it out. You should question them very carefully about their experience with the issue in your particular case, and if recent changes in the rent stabilization code affect you. You might also compare that to the cost of retaining a lawyer. It depends on how much time and expertise you have and whether you feel confident doing the work yourelf.
: Someone mentioned there is a company who will work with you to file an overcharge called Rent Rollbacks or something? Apparently they don't charge you anything unless you win, then they take 30%.
: Does anyone have any info on them?
