Why pay money when this is available for free? That company absolutely will not do a better job for you than you can do for yourself, with a teeny bit of work on your part. It doesn't cost anything to file a rent overcharge complaint with DHCR and plenty info is available on this site and at DHCR web site.
We'll all help you, and we won't charge you anything!
