Well, if sewage poured into my kitchen from the old fart upstairs, I'd yell the third time it happens. Hopefully the retaliatory eviction law will protect this guy from the unreasonable attitudes of people like his landlord--and you. Meanwhile I hope you are similarly blessed, so you can report back to the board on your patience and restraint from that happening to you three times.
