It sounds like she's definitely serious about extermination, which is wonderful. I think in this case it would be petty to expect reimbursement for special products just for use in your room (you don't mention specific products), especially from a LL who seems so dedicated to insect eradication. A container of boric acid isn't going to drain your bank account.

My LL already does routine exterminations every other saturday, but I informed her that I didn't want her spraying in my bedroom, which is exactly where I'm starting to see the pests. Am I legally entitled to extermination products for use in my own use at the LL's expense?
