Dear Sir, Madam:

I would greatly appreciate your being able to answer my question:
Is 6% rent raise leagal?

Location: Brooklyn, Bay Ridge
Last (6th) floor
Age of tenant: 89-year old person, getting SSI
Landlord: Alor Realty

Rent has been raised from $725 to $768.50 (=6%)

As far as I heard, 2% raise would be leagal, but not 6%!
