No need for that kind of reaction. This person has raised some valid points. I have not yet heard back from my landlord on the preferential rent issue, so at this point I cannot say whether mine is going to back off too. However, the post that he/she is referring to as misinformation, if you go back and read it, was flat-out wrong.
