why not just have the LL spray in your bedroom too? he's providing the ongoing exterminator and you are not letting them spray the entire apartment? naturally the roaches are gonna head for what is perhaps the opnly room in the whole building that does not get sprayed. i'd say the LL is offering you a good service and should not have to provide more than that, unless i am missing something. just let em get the whole place. there are plenty of LLs who don't have their act together this well!
